Shipping Policy

For domestic shipping all orders are processed within 3-5 business days for free of charge. For abroad shipping (outside US) all orders processed within 7- 10 business days. The BUYER is responsible for shipment fees for abroad shipping (outside US). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be delayed.

For abroad shipping (outside US), shipments may encounter custom duty fees. The fees are based on the destination and the regulations the country being shipped to. The BUYER is responsible for any fees incurred for customs duty.

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. Please also check your junk email. This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.

Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. There may be additional shipping delays due to high order volumes.
